PhD Ehsan Moradi

PhD researcher at the University of Tehran

Ehsan Moradi started his study and research on the degradation of water, soil, and vegetation cover in 2005 at the University of Mazandaran in the Rangeland and Watershed Management field. He kept on his studies in land degradation using Dynamic Systems approach and in the Phd course focused on the assessment of land degradation via spatial modeling and remote sensing techniques at the university of Tehran until 2020. Then he contributed to a project as a postdoctoral researcher for assessing degraded lands by fire. In addition to lab work, he has experienced field work and also spent eight months as a guest researcher at the University of Valencia. Currently, his scientific research is focused on Environmental Impact Assessment which led to land degradation.
